
Dave Whelchel is a native New Mexican, recently returning to Santa Fe where his window career began. Dave brings over 35 years of experience in the Building Industry, almost entirely in the window and door segment. He has served as a Sales, Territory, Regional, National Accounts and Business Development Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, VP Sales & Marketing and Independent Manufacturer's Representative.
Professional experience also includes Sales, Marketing, Architectural services, Field services, Order Management, Product Research and Development, Quality, Code Compliance, Fenestration Testing and Certification.
Dave enjoys horseback riding, hiking, camping and wilderness adventures with his wife, Cheryl. Their daughter, Brittany is living in Sacramento. Jordarn, their son, lives in the Northeast.
Bob Heller is a long time New Mexico resident and has been a Marvin Window and Door customer consultant since 2006. Before becoming one of Santa Fe's leading window and door consultants, Bob spent nearly 20 years as a Sales Engineer in the plastics industry while living in Ohio and Arizona. His focus on 'total customer delight' has contributed to his success with homeowners, Contractors and Architects throughout northern New Mexico. Bob and his wife, enjoy hiking with their hound dog around the area between Las Vegas and Mora, where they live.

Samuel Robertson has been a resident of New Mexico since 2014. He has been in Sales since 2003 after he served in the United States Navy. Samuel has over 15 years experience in Outside Sales, Territory Management, and Sales Consulting. He enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family and the Southwest living.

Brandi brings with her 7+ years of millwork experience. Most recently, she worked as a Project Accountant for Balfour Beatty Construction. Brandi received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Operations Management from California State University, Long Beach. Brandi is married to her husband, Trace, and they have 2 children, ages 1 and 6. She is excited to have just moved back to Colorado from Southern California. She is turning in her flip flips for hiking boots and is looking forward to exploring Southwest Colorado with her family.

Bryan has over 16 years in construction and construction related fields and 10 years of management experience. Bryan most recently worked for Valley Manor Care Center as their Environmental Service Director. Prior to that, he has worked in the Millwork industry in sales and estimating.
At 20, Bryan moved to Colorado, leaving the chaos of Southern California behind. Bryan is married to his lovely bride, Crystal, and has 4 adult children and 6 grandkids. He describes himself as an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, golfing, camping with his family and friends, and also cooking for folks.

As a third generation growing up in the window and door industry, Chase has 15+ years’ experience with everything from remodel installations, new construction installations, project management, retail sales management, and distribution. Specializing in large custom residential homes, Chase has developed an acute attention to detail, as well as problem solving skills, to provide the best solutions for each unique individual project.
In his free time Chase can be found enjoying almost every aspect of the outdoors, or delving deep in to the motorsports world.
Sam Gendron has been a Service tech with BMD/Clear Ovations since 2014. Sam has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. With experience ranging from General contractor to custom wood worker and all facets in between. He has several certifications in service and installation. His primary focus is making sure his clients are taken care of and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. ‘Customer service is the key’. Sam lives in Colorado Springs and when not working can be found in the mountains and spending time with friends and family.

Patrick grew up in the construction industry literally moving from once job site to the next across the US and Latin America. Growing up on large scale projects allowed him to learn the importance of total project execution. With professional experience spanning 30 years he has specialized in large commercial and residential projects as well as installation with a special focus on historic and complex detailing.
He has broad experience managing retail operations as well as large a large carpenter contractor. He is fueled by the desire to deliver exceptional results to the owner and general contractor by closely monitoring every phase of project delivery.
In his off hours Patrick enjoys time with his wife, Christine and their 4 children. When they are not on the baseball or softball fields they are usually camping, fishing or hiking.

Gordon Speck is a second-generation General Contractor by trade. Personally, he was a GC for 28 years. After a great run for all those years, he hung up his tool belt and decided to represent high-quality construction products in the industry.
From small residential remodels to full-scale commercial build-outs, Gordon has well-rounded experience in the construction industry and facilities management. He truly enjoys the design phase of construction, but also enjoys seeing the completed project.
Gordon brings “hands-on” experience to all construction projects. He is also keenly in-tune with the human aspects that are involved. His specialty is to bring that experience to the project and strive for the seamless integration of products and services.
Gordon’s hobbies include hiking and camping in the mountains, and has extensive experience in performance driving—the kind of performance driving you see in the movies. He has been featured in several magazines, news clips and training videos demonstrating those skills. He also sings professionally as a “lead” in an acapella quartet. And, yes; he sings while he slides cars sideways!

Hank Hoving is a native of Chicago, IL, where he moved nine years ago to Denver Colorado to begin is window and door career. Hank brings over 20 years of experience in the building and home improvement Industry, almost entirely in the window and door segment. He has served as a Territory Manager for over 12 Years and has been in home improvement sales for 8 years.
With a MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School Management and Hank’s experience in window and doors. Hank’s focus on every project is to add value in all phases of the process to create overall customer satisfaction with their purchase from Clear Ovations.
Hank and his wife Sarah live in Castle Rock and enjoys hiking, camping, volunteering in the community, and watching Chicago Cubs Baseball.
Jeremy started with BMD in March of 2017. He brings 20+ years’ experience in operations management, having worked at a distribution center for Ace Hardware. Jeremy is from L.A. California and joined the military right out of high school where he was stationed at Guantanamo Bay Cuba (GTMO). Jeremy's married with 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls ranging from 3 years to 21 years old. He enjoys outdoors to include camping, golfing, motocross, boating and just going for a ride on my Harley.
